January 17–22, 2027. A 4-night strategic retreat aboard Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. Founding Voyager status closes July 31, 2026.
Elevation at Sea is the premium retreat for the women who are ready to spend four days mapping the year ahead — strategically, intentionally, surrounded by women doing the same. It begins with a hotel meet and greet on January 17, then we sail on the 18th for a 4-night experience that pairs the Prosperity Model with sea air, real conversations, and the kind of strategic clarity that's hard to find on land.
Founding Voyager status is permanent. You're recognized at the event, acknowledged in every Elevation at Sea retreat I host going forward, and you keep that founding cohort identity for life. The window closes July 31, 2026.

The Mission Behind the Brand
Wealthy Women Lifestyle is the for-profit half of the work. She Economy Hub is the nonprofit half. Together, they fund the future of women's financial independence.
The brand exists for two reasons. The first is teaching — the Academy, the retreat, the framework, the tools. The second is giving — the nonprofit work that funds the next generation of women into the rooms they wouldn't otherwise enter. Both halves matter. Both halves are mine.

Meet The Nicole Johnson

The Nicole Johnson is the founder of Wealthy Women Lifestyle and the She Economy Hub, a for-profit brand and a 501c3 nonprofit built to teach women how to handle money the way wealthy women do, and to fund the next generation of women into the rooms they wouldn't otherwise enter.
She built this brand the long way — through bankruptcy in her 30s, rebuilding from scratch, and discovering that what she'd been missing wasn't more advice. It was a model. The Prosperity Model became the framework. The Academy became the home. Elevation at Sea became the deeper room. And She Economy Hub became the work that gives back.
Today, Nicole teaches thousands of women across the country through the Academy, the Prosperity Table podcast, and an active speaking calendar. Her work has been featured on the cover of Brownstone Living Magazine, in essays for sbtoa.org, and in ongoing media coverage of the work she does in Dallas and beyond.
